How do I return an item?

RocknShades.com Return Policy

•  You have 30-45 days to return item for exchange from date of purchased.
•  All returns must be return with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us for RMA number.
•  Item return must be in original packaging with all materials and NEW condition.
•  Any item(s) return that has been worn, sizing, adjustment, scratch, and/or damaged through misused, abused or negligence is not eligible for warranty or exchange replacement and will be return back to customer.
•  All return shipping charges are buyer responsible and are non-refundable.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

1. Before returning any item within 30-45 days from date of purchased, you must contact our Customer Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Please have your Order Invoice Number available. Customer Support business hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm Pacific Standard Time.

2. All returns must have an RMA number issued prior to acceptance of returned product returned. You will be expected to complete an RMA form only after you have received an authorization number from our Customer Support. RMA forms should be completed in the entirety to insure prompt service. No exchanges will be authorized for any packages returned without an RMA number from RocknShades.com.

3. RMA shipments received MUST have an RMA number clearly visible on outside of the package and include with a copy of the original invoice or it may be refused, unopened and returned. Shipping charges are not refundable and buyer are responsible for all shipping charges.

4. Exchange are subject to one exchange per order only. Our return policy for returnable item is for exchange only. No credits or refunds provided. Item return for warranty replacement are issued under manufacture warranty coverage.

5. The returns item must be returned to RocknShades.com within ten (10) days after the RMA number has been issued. Returns made will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

6. All returns item is to be packed in original packaging, new condition, including all materials the item came with. Should the product be returned to RocknShades.com and it’s received without it’s original box and packaging. Returns that do not include all the original packaging may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis. The buyer assumes responsibility for return item until received at RocknShades.com, return shipment using tracking and insured shipping carrier is recommended. All return shipping charges are buyer responsible and are non-refundable.

7. The RMA returns item must be a Rocknshade.com product, the product specified on the RMA form. Otherwise the RMA will be void and product will be returned to customer. Upon receipt of RMA Returns, RocknShades.com will verify with the customer the RMA products received are those as specified on the RMA form.
 
8. RocknShades.com will provide replacements for all item found to be defective due to manufacture defects. All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after they arrive and will be fully inspected before an exchange is issued. We will notified customer by email or phone of the return status before it is returned back to customer.

9. Any item(s) return that has been found to be worn, sizing, adjustment, scratch, and/or damaged through misused, abused or negligence is not eligible for warranty or return exchange replacement and will be return back to customer.

10. Please check all item package condition upon the date of delivery. If you received an item package damaged or tampered with during transit when the item was first received, the customer must immediately notify RocknShades.com customer support within 2-3 business days from delivery date of the issue and RocknShades.com will then file a claim with the shipping carrier for investigation. If the customer does not contact RocknShades.com within 2-3 business days from date of delivery of the item package, then we assume customer satisfaction and item has been received.

11. RMA Returns will be exchange/replacement within 1-2 weeks after received at RocknShades.com and then ship to customer.
